Client Referral Program – CHIRP

Bigtown’s Client Housing Incentive Referral Program (CHIRP for short) is one of the best on the market and allows you to earn extra money, just for referring a client to us. You can earn up to $5,000 – or more – once your referral completes a real estate deal with us as either a buyer or seller.

It’s our way of saving ‘Thank You’ for earning your trust and referral.

So CHIRP to your friends, co-workers and family members and recommend the Bigtown Real Estate Services if you hear that they are looking for a REALTOR®.

HOW CHIRP WORK IN 3 EASY STEPS 

STEP 1:  Refer your friends, co-workers and family members to the Bigtown Real Estate Services if you hear that they need help with real estate. Please ask your referral for permission for a Bigtown representative to call, email or text them regarding their real estate needs.

STEP 2: Once you get their permission, please call or email Bigtown with their contact information: name, telephone number and/or email address. Or, complete the sign-up form at the bottom of this page and we will get in touch with you.

STEP 3: Provide Bigtown with your contact information: name, telephone number and address. Once the home has been sold, or purchased, we will deliver a referral cheque to you within a few days of completion.

The amount of cash you will receive will vary and depends on numerous factors such as the value of the home and how long the property has been on the market. The cash is taken off the real estate commission that Bigtown receives as a seller or buyer’s agent.
